Our Commitment
At Period & Beyond, we take every concern seriously. If you have a complaint, question, or grievance about how your personal data is handled, how the app has treated you, or any aspect of your experience with us, we want to hear from you and resolve it fairly and promptly.
This policy is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology Act 2000, which require us to designate a Grievance Officer and establish a transparent redressal process.

What You Can Raise a Grievance About
You may contact the Grievance Officer for concerns related to:
- How your personal data is collected, stored, or processed by Period & Beyond
- A suspected or confirmed breach of your data privacy rights under DPDPA 2023
- Unauthorised access to your account or data
- A request to access, correct, or delete your personal data that has not been fulfilled
- Withdrawal of consent that has not been acted upon
- Concerns about the partner sharing feature and how your data is being shared
- Any other matter related to your rights as a data principal under DPDPA 2023
- Content on the app or website that you believe is harmful, inaccurate, or violates applicable law
- Any other complaint about your experience with Period & Beyond or Devcollar Private Limited
How to Submit a Grievance
Step 1: Write to the Grievance Officer
Send your grievance to support@devcollar.com with the subject line: Grievance — Period & Beyond.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- A description of your grievance, as clearly and specifically as possible
- The date the issue occurred or was discovered
- Any relevant screenshots, records, or supporting information
- What resolution you are seeking
You do not need to include your period data, health information, or any sensitive personal information to file a grievance. Please share only what is necessary to describe your concern.
Step 2: Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 hours of receiving it.
Step 3: Investigation and Resolution
We will investigate your grievance and aim to provide a resolution within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated timeline.
Data Rights Requests
If your grievance relates to a specific data right under DPDPA 2023, here is what you can expect:

Please note that most of your health and wellness data lives exclusively on your device and is not accessible to us. Deletion of device-side data must be done by you directly within the app or by uninstalling it.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to:
The Data Protection Board of India
Once constituted under DPDPA 2023, the Data Protection Board will serve as the statutory authority for unresolved data privacy complaints in India. Details of how to approach the Board will be published here when available.
In the meantime, you may also seek recourse through:
- The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for consumer-related grievances
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
Confidentiality
All grievances will be handled with strict confidentiality. Your complaint and any personal information you share in connection with it will be used only for the purpose of investigating and resolving your grievance. It will not be shared with any third party except where required by law.
Good Faith
We ask that grievances be submitted in good faith and with accurate information. We reserve the right to decline grievances that are frivolous, repetitive, or submitted with the intent to harass.

This Grievance Redressal Policy is the legally operative version. In case of conflict between the English and Hindi versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
